Returns & Exchanges
CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS
Items must be returned in original packaging with all original tags attached.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
Please include order number in/on return packaging.
Items not meeting our return requirements will receive store credit only.
Please allow 7-10 business days for refund to reflect on your account.
USA & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt for full refund. After 7 days, store credit will be issued.
All swimwear sales are FINAL, no returns will be accepted.
After 15 days from the purchase date, all sales are FINAL.

- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your return, we will provide tracking for your exchange.
- 3 exchanges per customer per order allowed. After 3rd exchange, final exchange will be marked FINAL SALE.
- If your receive a damaged item, please email us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
- Damage items must be reported within 2 days of delivery date to receive a replacement or a full refund.
- After 2 days from delivery date, store credit will be issued.
