Returns & Exchanges
CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS
Items must be returned with all original tags attached and original packaging
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
- Please include receipt in package. If you lost your receipt please contact us and we will only be able to issue you store credit
- Items not meeting our condition requirements will be returned to you at your expense and will not receive a refund or store credit
- Please allow 7-10 business days for refund to reflect on your account.
RETURNS FOR ORDERS OVER $100 (Excluding Swimwear)
- Free returns for all items over $100 if shipped back within 7 days of purchase date. (Shipping label and envelope will be included in purchase but will only be valid for 7 days from purchase date. After 7 days of the purchase date, the prepaid package will be voided and you will be responsible for the shipping cost and will only be issued store credit.
Items over $100 purchased from Miss Gypset are eligible for a full refund if mailed within 7 days of purchase date.
- After 7 days from purchase date up to 15 days, you will receive store credit only via a gift card.
- After 15 days from the purchase date, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. (No Exceptions).
RETURNS FOR ORDERS UNDER $100 (Excluding Swimwear)
- Items must be shipped back within 15 days of purchase date.
- After 15 days from purchase date, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- All returns are for store credit only via a gift card.
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Miss Gypset.
- We recommend you write down your tracking number when sending a return. If we do not receive your package and you cannot provide a tracking number, we will not be able to issue you a refund OR store credit.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN
- Orders over $100 will receive a prepaid envelope. Put your item and receipt in the prepaid envelope. Seal envelope and drop it off at your local United States Post Office. (PLEASE NOTE, AFTER 7 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE, THE LABEL WILL BE VOIDED AND CAN NOT BE MAILED). You will be responsible for the shipping cost after 7 days from purchase date.
- Orders under $100, you are responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at email@example.com and once we receive a tracking number for your return or your item, we will ship your item to you via priority shipping.
- Customers are only permitted 3 exchanges per original purchase. After 3 exchanges customers will be charged for all additional shipping costs.
- After 4 exchanges per original order, the 5th order will be marked FINAL SALE and we will not issue a refund or store credit.
If your receive a damaged item, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the damage
- Damage items must be reported within 2 days of delivery date to receive a replacement or a full refund
- After 2 days from delivery date, if you have not notified us, we cannot issue a refund or store credit.
- When we receive your package, we will inspect the item to make sure it meets the return conditions and time standards stated above.
- After it clears our standards, we will refund or issue store credit to your account. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive refund or store credit.
- You will receive a confirmation email of the refund or a store credit gift card code when the return is complete. Refunds take up to 10 days to post to your account.
